Merlin makes for a practical and incredibly charming solution for those who need extra space at home, whether that’s for working from home, or for your very own craftroom, yoga room, music studio, playroom, or occasional spare bedroom.
Suitable for year-round use, Merlin is a beautifully crafted, fully insulated hut with electrics as standard, ready for you to furnish and put your own design mark on.
If you’re looking for something similar but bigger, we can extend the length and width of the Merlin. You can also add extras such as a woodburning stove, telephone point and fitted furniture – anything you like.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for a fully self contained guest room with shower and toilet, you may be interested in our Peregrine hut.

Merlin Suggested Floor Plan
With a standard price of £16,800 (including VAT), we offer a 11’7ft x 7’5ft shepherds hut completely finished, with full electric, and ready to use straight away. Customisation options available.
